3. Sale of Goods
Redhead Clothing® provides an online store and mobile apps selling our branded clothing, equipment, and accessories (collectively referred to as “Products”). Product details like styling, colors, sizes, and availability may change from what is displayed on the Services. We strive to keep such information current and accurate. The display of any Product on our website or apps does not guarantee it is in stock or available for immediate delivery.
Your placement of an order for a Product through the Services constitutes an offer to purchase the item(s) which shall become binding once accepted and confirmed by Redhead Clothing®. We may, at our sole discretion, choose not to accept any orders. All prices and availability shown are subject to change prior to purchase. Prices do not include sales tax or shipping/handling charges (if applicable), which are added at checkout based on delivery destination.
By placing an order, you acknowledge the Product descriptions and pricing to be correct. Redhead Clothing® reserves the right to cancel any orders that display unintended pricing or other errors, or where Product availability details on the Services were inaccurate. Prior orders are never binding contracts until accepted, processed, and confirmed by Redhead Clothing®.
4. Order Cancellations & Returns
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Redhead Clothing® purchase and need to return or exchange an item, please contact our Customer Service Team. You may request cancellation of an order any time before it has shipped. Orders may not be changed or cancelled after shipping.

5. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Your chosen payment method will be charged upon completion of the order process. For card payments, if we do not receive authorization from the issuer, your order may be cancelled automatically.
Redhead Clothing® uses a third-party payment processor to handle payment collection securely. We do not directly collect or store full payment account details. Payment account numbers are immediately tokenized and encrypted after authorization during order checkout.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided for any purchase. When placing an order on behalf of an organization or company, you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
6. User Submissions
